Posh Gin Ice Cubes

Ingredients

  • Edible Garnishes: Citrus slices, rose buds, thyme, rosemary, or edible flowers
  • 50ml Posh Gin: Choose your favorite flavor
  • 300ml Tonic Water

Method

  1.  Place your selected edible garnishes in each section of an ice cube tray.
  2. Combine Posh Gin and tonic water in a jug, stirring gently.
  3. Pour the mixture over the garnishes in the tray, filling each section.
  4. Put in the freezer and let the cubes freeze completely.
  5. Remove the cubes and place them carefully in your glass. Pour your favorite cocktail over the ice cubes for a stunning presentation.
