Grapefruit Glitz

A refreshing cocktail with vibrant grapefruit notes paired with the smoothness of pink grapefruit Posh Gin, this cocktail is a must-try! The Grapefruit Glitz offers a perfect balance of citrusy brightness, floral sweetness.

Ingredients:

2 oz Pink Grapefruit Posh Gin
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Prosecco or Sparkling Wine, to top
Ice cubes
Grapefruit Slice
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

Chill a Martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Pour Posh Gin and Dry Vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir the mixture well (about 30 seconds) to achieve the perfect chill without excessive dilution.
Strain the liquid into the chilled Martini glass, discarding the ice.
