Lovely Lychee

This Lovely Lychee Cocktail is an exotic and refreshing delight, perfect for when you’re in the mood for something tropical and sophisticated. The floral sweetness of lychee pairs beautifully with the crispness of Posh Gin, while lime juice adds a zesty kick and sparkling water gives it a light, bubbly finish.

Ingredients:

2 oz (60 ml) Posh Gin
1 oz (30 ml) Lychee Juice (from canned lychees) or 4-5 fresh lychees, peeled and pitted
1/2 oz (15 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
Ice
Club Soda or Sparkling Water
Lychee Fruit for Garnish
Edible Flowers for Garnish

Instructions

Place lychees in a cocktail shaker and gently muddle them to release their juices.
Add Posh Gin, muddled lychee, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice. Double strain if you prefer a smoother texture without fruit bits.
Top with a splash of club soda or sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
Add a whole lychee fruit and a few edible flowers for a stunning presentation.

Chilled Ingredients: Chill your gin and lychee juice beforehand for an extra crisp cocktail.
Perfect Garnish: Use a cocktail pick to skewer a whole lychee and a delicate edible flower, placing it across the rim of the glass for an elegant touch.
